The Barrica Story
Barrica Brewing Co. began with a simple belief: that great beer should be made with intention, brewed with local character, and enjoyed without pretension. What started as weekend batches in a garage has grown into one of Andalucía's most exciting independent craft breweries.
Founded in Málaga's historic Carretería neighbourhood — a street with centuries of commerce, artisans, and community — we set up our tanks and opened our doors to anyone who wanted to discover what craft beer could really taste like. That was the beginning. The story is still being written, one batch at a time.

We source ingredients from Andalucía wherever possible — from locally malted barley to wild herbs from the sierra.
